By moving yourself or an object, an instants Change of energy occurs. This will Give you a boost to take that next step.
That might mean moving your body from the couch to the chair, from one office to another, from inside to outside, from sitting to standing. If you are still not feeling it, take it to the next level and complete 10 jumping jacks this will surely get your heart pumping .😅
Physical objects hold energy too and possibly to the point of feeling weighted down. That is why people feel so light when they declutter. Try moving around furniture, clear a counter, toss out some recycling and a surge of energy will come your way.

Take that first step toward your ultimate goal. Taking it slow with mindful baby steps is recommended to be conscience of your decision. Momentum will escalate with change toward your goal. If you are become frozen, review one and two again until you are jolted and move on.
